日本に留学することが決まったら、留学生ビザを申請します。日本に入国する3 ヶ月前までに申請します。

留学ビザ申請から受け取りまでの流れ / Application for Student visa
1. 申請準備 / Preparation
留学生はビザ申請に必要な書類を準備します。
必要書類は出身国によって異なります。日本大使館・総領事館に確認してください。
Applicant prepares required documents (i.e. passport, visa application form, picture).
Required documents may be different depending on your nationality. Please confirm with Japanese Embassy or Japanese Consulate-General.

（2）在留資格認定証明書（COE） / Certificate of Eligibility ・・・大学が申請します。
（3）顔写真 縦4cm 横3cm / Photo 4cm×3cm
（4）パスポート / Passport

大学は、ビザ申請に必要な（2）在留資格認定証明書（COE）を代理で申請します。
詳細は留学生にメールしますので、内容を確認してください。
SCU will apply for the Certificate of Eligibility (COE), which is required for the visa application, on your behalf.

「在留資格認定証明書」が発行され、大学が受け取ります。
大学は「在留資格認定証明書」を留学生に郵送します。

3. 留学ビザ発給 / Student visa issued
ビザが発給されたら、それを持って日本に入国します。
空港で「在留カード」を受け取ります。
