Greeting

Dear Colleagues, Students, and Professionals,

We are experiencing unprecedented times around the world. The COVID-19 pandemic has had a worldwide impact and resulted in subsequent safety concerns and travel restrictions. However, I believe scientific growth and the sharing of research ideas should not be slowing down nor stopping.
Thankfully, many of us look forward to attending and discussing ideas at SIRC every year. We always share the best research and work practices with our partner institutions and gather together with a close community of researchers and students. The annual meeting continues to be one of the cornerstones of our partnerships. Hence, I am very excited to announce that we have decided to hold the 3rd Seirei International Research Conference (SIRC2021), which is planned for February 18th and 19th, 2021. SIRC 2021 will transform into a hybrid scientific conference which will be held both online and face to face. We recognize it will be challenging, but it is important to continue working toward growth with all of our partners.
At every conference, it is wonderful to be able to communicate with each other in the presentation of research and clinical activities as if we had the same language and cultural background, even though we use different languages and come from disparate cultures. Now I invite you to join your colleagues at SIRC2021 to take a step towards accomplishing our shared goals. I hope to see many of you in February 2021.
